Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The room with a huge bathroom and the most amazing view over Piazza della Repubblica was stunning and beautiful. The location was fantastic, right out front of our 4th-floor room, with a wonderfully opulent feel and a large, clean space. The service was extremely attentive and kind, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. The dining experience was brilliant, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options for breakfast. I enjoyed every moment of my time there!
I felt like royalty staying at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, air-conditioned, and quiet, and the staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast and service were great, making my stay quite spacious and convenient. However, there was a charge of 35 euros for a service that seemed unnecessary.
The hotel had spacious and very quiet rooms, despite feeling a little stuffy at times due to uncontrollable A/C. The service was attentive and helpful, although a bit aloof initially. Its central location amidst the bustling luxury shopping area, close to major attractions like the train station, Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio, made it ideal for exploring Florence. The dining offered an excellent breakfast selection but ended quite early, limiting weekend enjoyment. Although the rooms could have been slightly larger, the overall experience was pleasant and convenient.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, with many delicious choices for breakfast and terrific cappuccinos. However, the room was a bit small and caught some late-night noise from revellers, though it was soundproof. The service couldn't be more helpful; they even offered assistance before being asked. The hotel's location is outstanding, right in the city centre of Florence, close to major attractions. The dining options were pretty good with a wide variety of food. Facilities were great, and the price was worth it.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is perfectly located, close to all the main attractions and with spacious rooms treated with a strong disinfectant. The service was impeccable, with a friendly and multilingual staff ready to assist with anything. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the Wi-Fi had an extra charge, which was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel has a great vintage style decor and all the necessary facilities for a family of 3. The rooms are spacious, offering a lovely breakfast and an amazing location but lacking some efficiency in service. Facing the Piazza della Repubblica, the central location makes it convenient to explore Florence with ease.
The hotel boasts a magnificent view of the Piazza with the Duomo and Campanile in the backdrop, making waking up a delight. The rooms, although well-equipped, lack a refrigerator, which would have been appreciated. The opulent bathroom, however, feels cramped and limits the movement space.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although not as spacious as expected, offered a unique 'grotesque' painted ceiling that was stunning, especially with the view overlooking the main Piazza, creating a very special ambiance. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Florence, being within walking distance of major attractions in the historical center. However, the noise from nearby streets and Piazza della Republica was a minor downside.
I couldn't believe my luck staying at this hotel in the heart of old town Florence, right on the Plaza della Republica. The rooms were better than expected, huge, and wonderfully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful, although for the most part business-like. The dining experience was fantastic, especially enjoying breakfast overlooking the city towards the Tuscan hills. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. However, it's easy to miss the hotel due to the lack of a standout mark.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and pleasant. The room was very large, clean, and extremely comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small with a sliding door and no extractor fan. The location was fantastic, right off the classiest street in Florence, making it super convenient to walk to all the sites. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were more than comfortable and spacious, very clean, and the staff was friendly. The location overlooking Piazza Delle Republica was fantastic, close to restaurants and key sights. However, there were some issues with service not honoring agreements. The dining experience had plenty of choices but lacked something special.
I can't deny that the hotel's location is absolutely wonderful, overlooking the Piazza and being just a stone's throw away from the Duomo. However, the noise levels in the rooms until late at night can be quite bothersome. On the bright side, my room was spacious and elegantly appointed, allowing a glimpse of the Duomo.
